How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Runely. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Is my first plan really free?

Yes — your first training plan is completely free, no credit card required. You can upgrade to Pro for weekly plan adaptations, coach reviews, and more.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

When you subscribe to Runely Pro, you get a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before that.

Can I change my training plan?

Yes. Use the "Adapt Plan" feature to adjust your training days, intensity, and schedule at any time. Your AI coach will update the plan accordingly.

What distances does Runely support?

Runely supports all major running distances — 5K, 10K, half marathon, and full marathon — for all experience levels from complete beginner to advanced.
